'self-leadership'.

Co-creation - guided by your needs
We have a discussion about what you are seeking, what may be going on that you want to work through, career goals or thoughts.
We then co-create a plan or package based on those needs, goals, desires.

Leadership Coaching
​The components of this 12-month program include

initial meeting (you, your coach and your manager*).

DISC profile and debrief.

6 or 10 coaching meetings (pricing varies)

mid program check in.

close out meeting.

in program support - calls, SMS, emails.

This can be followed by additional coaching packages (blocks of 3, 6 or 10 hours).

* Your manager is welcome to join for the second half of the meetings when your organisation is providing the coaching program.
